"It is evident that Pam not only understands her business, but also cares about her clients. Being as we had not dealt with real estate matters in forty years, we had innumerable questions and concerns. She promptly and patiently fielded them all. She even gave us a flow chart of events and responsibilities that we would face in purchasing a house. We had a number of questions regarding utilities and house inspection concerns. She presented us with a comprehensive list of contacts and phone numbers for every possible service. Her personalized, hands-on style was quite evident. She was quite generous with her time and made herself available when we needed to meet or speak. On one particular visit to the house, she even helped us unload our vehicle! We recommend Pam Rivera, without reservation, as an excellent Realestate agent. We are most fortunate to have worked with her."

"We met Pam quite a few years back in a social capacity and when we decided to relocate from Nashville, TN back to the Charlottesville area, we knew exactly who to call.Pam was great about getting to know our preferences and keeping us informed about what was available. She was always flexible and friendly and really took an interest in us as individuals and a family. When our home buying process took longer than expected, she stuck with us and did everything she could to help make the process go smoothly. She was easily able to break down information for us when we had questions and she wasn't afraid to be honest when she had concerns or recommendations about part of our home buying process. Pam is also we'll connected; she has built relationships with local lenders, inspectors, contractors, and cleaning services that she was happy to connect us with. Pam is what you might call a real estate seismologist: she senses earthquakes and has a number of tools and techniques to relieve the stress between the tectonic plates and avoid the upheaval. "Pam Rivera does it all and excels all expectations. Whether one needs assistance renting, finding the right repair person or selling a property, you cannot do better than Pam Rivera. I know this from personal experience. She handles everything, eliminating the need to be concerned.
